• Installation within 10ft of copper tube & 10ft of PVC Drainpipe
• Supply of installation tools, welding equipment, manpower and supervision.
• Provide installation materials such as copper pipes soft drawn seamless copper pipes, rubber Insulation tubes, electrical materials including control wiring, conduit, and condensate pvc drain lines including fittings. 
• Mounting of fan coil unit & condensing unit. Provide condensing unit pedestal support (STANDARD Metal Bracket).
• Brazing of copper tubing and covering of polyethylene tape. 
• System Dehydration and Vacuuming 
• Charging of Refrigerant R410 / R22 / R32 (Freon) 
• Testing and Commissioning / Turnover

 

• All prices quoted are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of quotation, unless otherwise stated. After the validity period, prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Change / cancellation of order(s) shall be charged separately and accordingly
• The seller shall have the option to take possession of all merchandise mentioned herein sold to the buyer and remains the property of HANZCOOLER AIRCONDITIONING SERVICES until unit/s and additional charges are paid in full. 
• Required safety officer on-site, with additional charge, apply 
• Initial check-up should be done by HANZCOOLER AIRCONDITIONING SERVICES only
• Coordination between the brand should be done by HANZCOOLER AIRCONDITIONING SERVICES
• Check up and repair from BRAND SERVICE CENTER should be approved and recognized by HANZCOOLER AIRCONDITIONING SERVICES
• During the warranty period, units shall be serviced and maintained by HANZCOOLER AIRCONDITIONING SERVICES only
• Handling of units by UNAUTHORIZED serviceman shall void any warranty claim.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Service Details: Installation of  indoor and outdoor units.
2. Pricing: Prices are quoted upfront. Additional charges may apply for extra services (e.g., Freon charging).
3. Booking & Cancellations: Book in advance. Cancellations must be made 24-48 hours before the appointment.
4. Customer Responsibility: Ensure the unit is accessible. Inform the technician of any pre-existing issues.
5. Limitations: Cleaning does not cover repairs. Additional repairs are separate and incur extra charges.
6. Warranty: 15 DAYS of workmanship on WATER LEAK. Does not apply if issues are caused by misuse.
7. Payment: Payment is due after the service is completed. Accepted methods: Cash, GCash or online transfer.
